To Select Range

For DM3058, appropriate Range could be selected according to the signals input by

“Automatic” or “Manual”. In Manual mode, you can obtain higher Reading precision

via Range select key on the right side of the Front Panel. Please refer to the

following figure.

Select Methods 1:：

Via Function keys on the Front Panel

Auto Range: Press to start Auto Range, meanwhile Manual function is

forbidden.

Manual Range: Press Up or Down directive keys to increase or reduce ranges

gradually, at this moment, Auto Range is forbidden.

Select Methods 2:

Via soft keys on the Measurement main interface shown in Fig 2-2

Auto Range: Press Auto to start Auto Range, meanwhile Manual function is

forbidden.

Manual Range: Press Rng

or Rng

to choose required range manual, at this

moment, Auto Range is forbidden.
