RIGOL was founded in Beijing.

May,1999RIGOL's rst product RVO2100, a high performance Virtual Digital Storage Oscilloscope was introduced.

March, 2002

RIGOL DS3000 series DSO, the rst high performance Bench-Top DSO.

February, 2004 RIGOL DS5000 series DSO, the rst 1GSa/s real-time sample rate, 200MHz bandwidth DSO from any Chinese manufacturer was introduced.

April, 2006 RIGOL received ISO9001:2000 Certication.

April, 2006 RIGOL DS1000 series oscilloscope was introduced, the best Performance/Price Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) in the world.

July, 2006 RIOGL DG3000/DG2000 series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator was introduced. The rst Mixed Signal Generator (MSG) in the world

having 1 anolog channel and an option for 16 digital channels.

August, 2006

RIGOL 6 1/2 digits Digital Multimeter DM3000 series was introduced.

October, 2006 The Prestigious EDN China Annual Innovation Award for DS1000 series DSO was awarded to RIGOL along with Local Innovation Company

Award, the rst time it was ever awarded to a Chinese company.

April, 2007 RIGOL was invited to form the committee writing China National Standard GB/T 15289-07 of 'General Specication and Test Method for Digital

Storage Oscilloscopes'.

April, 2007 RIGOL received ISO14001:2000 Environmental Management System Certication.

May, 2007

RIGOL DS1000A was introduced. This is the rst DSO in China with 2GSa/s real-time sampling rate with bandwidth up to 300MHz.

May, 2007

RIGOL DG 1000 series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator with build-in counter was introduced.

October, 2007

RIGOL strengthens its research and development; opened R&D center in Shanghai

November, 2007 As 2006 Annual Innovation Award winner, RIGOL once again has earned EDN China Innovation Award

December, 2007 RIGOL awarded the CMIF and Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission Advanced Achievement Award

April, 2008 RIGOL DS1000B series Digital Oscilloscope was introduced. First DSO in China with 4-channel and complete LXI standard compliance.

February, 2010 RIGOL DP1116A with up to 160W single-output Programmable linear DC Power Supply was introduced.

July, 2010

High Performance DG5000 series signal station up to 350MHz was introduced, the world rst Arbitrary/Function Generator with I/Q source

in its class.

October, 2010

High precision 61/2 digits DMM DM3068 was introduced.

June, 2011 DS6104 Digital Oscilloscope won the 2011 R&D100 Awards in USA.

August, 2011 DG4000 Series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator was introduced.

September, 2011 DG4000 Series Digital Oscilloscope was introduced.

October, 2011 DSA800 Series Spectrum Analyzer was introduced.
