Function:

The command sets or queries the range of 4WR measurement.

Explanations:

[SENSe:]FRESistance:RANGe[:UPPer] □ {<range>|MIN|MAX|DEF}: Set the

range of 4WR measurement. <range> may be 200 Ω, 2 kΩ, 20 kΩ, 200 kΩ, 2 MΩ,

10 MΩ or 100 MΩ, MIN = 200 Ω, MAX = 100 MΩ. Unit is Ω, so ―2 kΩ‖ should be

input in form of 2000.

[SENSe:]FRESistance:RANGe[:UPPer]?□[{MIN|MAX}]: Query the range of 4WR

measurement.

2-wire and 4-wire resistance function both are influenced by the command. All

the command of 2WR and 4WR will have influence over the setting of resistance.

Return Format:

The query returns the range of 4WR measurement.
